Daily Fitness Tip 2:

Make sure to eat healthy, but don't kill yourself on a diet!
I mean, people think that extreme dieting can solve everything, but it's actually kinda dangerous. I mean, you know that anything with the word 'extreme' in it can be pretty dangerous. Anyways, just eat an apple before running, and drink plenty of water.
Dieting isn't bad, it's still good, just try to limit yourself on how much you diet. Dieting doesn't mean starving yourself, it just means to avoid the non-healthy things as much as possible, and to flock towards the fruits and veggies. Of course, it's fine to eat some junk food here and there, just try to resist the urge to go overboard.
